Resurrection temple in the village of Dagva
The Church of the Resurrection of Christ began to be built in 1996 under the leadership of Anesti Tsatsanidi. The church is small and beautiful. It is located not far from the Greek cemetery. On April 15, 2001, at the Easter celebration, divine services began in the church.
Temple of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the village of Dagva
In 1901-1903 the Orthodox Church of the Dagva village built the wooden church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin. And in 1908 a stone church was erected. In 1937 the church was blown up by the Communists. In 1989-92, the local population of the church was restored. And in the future, the restoration work continued. Now the church is functioning.
The Church of the Introduction to the Temple of the Blessed Virgin in Kobuleti
In 1997, in Kobuleti on the initiative and leadership of local residents Jemal Inaishvili and Tamaz Nizharadze the Church of the Introduction to the Temple of the Blessed Virgin Mary was opened. It was painted by the icon painter John Babilodze.
