Trip Route: Tbilisi – Mtskheta – Batumi
DAY-BY-DAY EXPERIENCES
Day 1 – Arrive in Tbilisi
Arrival and Meeting in Tbilisi airport.
Transfer to the hotel. Check in. Available evening.
Overnight in the hotel in Tbilisi.
Day 2 – Tbilisi and Mtskheta city tour
Breakfast in the hotel. Mountain and Sea tour we starts from Tbilisi city tour.
Walking through narrows old Tbilisi streets, visit the fortress Narikala complex IV century in Old Tbilisi, the Metekhi temple with panoramic views of the old city; The Sioni Cathedral is the main temple of Tbilisi; The Anchiskhati church is the oldest surviving church in Tbilisi; let’s see the Meidan Square, Shardeni Street, Freedom Square, Shota Rustaveli Avenue.
Moving to Mtskheta and visiting main orthodox Georgian temple Svetitskhoveli Cathedral built on site where the first Christian church of Twelve Apostle was founded in XI century. Then follows Samtavro Church of Transfiguration complex and St. Nino nunnery; stop on the top of mountain, at confluence of Aragvi and Mtkvari, where is one of magnificent Georgian architecture monument – Jvari Monastery (translated as a cross).

Day 3 – Free day in Tbilisi

Day 4 – Batumi city tour
Breakfast in the hotel.
Moving to Batumi by bus or train. Check in.
In the afternoon we will visit the historical part of the city and walk along the most beautiful embankment of the country. We are waiting for the church of St. Nicholas, Piazza, the Armenian Apostolic Church, the narrow streets of the old part of the city, the old boulevard and one of the symbols of Batumi – white columns in the center of the boulevard.
