At the end of the visit you will have some free time to admire the wonderful view of the city from above!
- Arriving in the historic area of Tbilisi we visit the famous Abanotubani, Liberty Square, Narikala Fortress, Metekhi church. Stroll Leselidze street the oldest continuously inhabited street in Tbilisi with many historical sights.

- Svetitskhoveli Cathedral — is a heart of Mtskheta. Cathedral recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. It is currently the second largest church building in Georgia, after the Holy Trinity Cathedral. The mantles of Christ and of the Prophet Elijah are both preserved in the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. The tombs of Tbilisi’s founder, King Vakhtang Gorgasali is also inside the building.
- Jvari monastery – you can appreciate an amazing unity of architecture, landscape and spirituality. Very beautiful monastery on a hill overlooking Mtskheta and the confluence of two huge rivers in Georgia. The church is still used today for major celebrations
- Chateau Mukhrani is the first and the only true Georgian Royal Chateau, which unites four key components: vineyards, winery, castle and history. Chateau Mukhrani is a symbol of the last Georgian kings, the royal Bagrationi dynasty.

Breakfast in the hotel. On this day Georgia celebrates Destiny day – Bedoba. “Bedoba” stands for “Luck” and therefore, the way you spend the day is believed to determine your new year. Therefore, we suggest you go to the wine region of Georgia and celebrate everyone’s favorite folk holiday.
And so that we don’t get bored on the road and have fun, we will first visit the winery and taste national wines such as: Kindzmarauli, Khvanchkara, Saperavi, Rkatsiteli. After driving a little further, we will try Georgian bread baked in the oven – tony, and also try several types of homemade churchkhela. If you need to buy souvenirs, believe churchkhela is an ideal present.
Day Highlights:
- Bodbe Monastery – has been repaired and restored many times. The territory of the monastery is decorated with flower beds and bushes, vineyards and a healing spring. The history of the monastery is closely connected with the adoption of Christianity.
- Sighnaghi – located at the heart of Georgia’s wine-growing regions, as well as its picturesque landscapes, pastel houses and narrow, cobblestone streets. While Sighnaghi itself requires just a day or so for sightseeing, it is probably the best base for exploring the region through day trips.
