Tbilisi is the capital and the largest city of Georgia which is located on the riverside of Mtkvari (Kura). Population is 1 693 768 and occupy an area of 726 km2. Tbilisi is the main industrial, social and cultural centre of Georgia. The city is also a transit centre for transnational Energetic and Trading projects. From strategic point of view Tbilisi was often been a bone of contention between different forces on Caucasus due to its location of the cross road of Europe and Asia.
