Day 1 – Arrive to Batumi
Arrival at Batumi International airport. Transfer to the hotel.
Overnight in Batumi hotel.
Day 2 – Batumi city tour
Breakfast in the hotel. After breakfast we invite you for the sightseeing tour around Batumi. And today we visit:
- Historical part of our city with a lot of small souvenir shops, boutiques, cafes and bars.
- Church of Saint Nicholas – this Church is more than 150 years old and it is one of the oldest churches in the city. The Church was built by mayor of the city Ilya Efremidi, Greek by nationality. The money for construction of the temple was raised by the parishioners. From begining the Church was without bells, because Turkish authorities gave permission to build just a temple. Many years the St. Nicholas Church was a cathedral church before the construction of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church. The first service was administered there in 1871. And now for citizens it is now only The Church, it is important and beautiful monument of our city.
- Piazza Square – in the heart of old Batumi city was opened an entertainment complex of Piazza. It is one of the most beautiful places in Batumi. The Piazza complex includes three hotels, a couple of restaurants, a café with live music and a pub.
- Seaside Park – we, citizens, know this place as boulevard or primorski park. History of the park begins in the end of XIX century. It is the favourite resting place for local people and tourists. There are a lot of cafes, playgrounds and facilities for children.
- Ali and Nino – moving sculpture is moders symbol of Batumi. Sculpture of Ali and Nino is amazing celebration of true love. Every ten minutes they are slowly moving to each other creating a single integral piece for a moment and then diverge forever.
- Batumi Mosque – home to sizable Muslim community was built in 1866 by the family of Aslan Beg Khimshiashvili. “Orta Jame means ‘middle mosque’ because years before it was situated between two mosques “Azizie” and “Muftie”. A minaret in the mosque garden was constructed in 1995.
Stop for lunch in a local restaurant (Additional Fee). The continuation of the tour and trip to mountainous Adjara.
- Queen Tamar bridge – arched stone bridge spans the big mountain river and dates back to the late 12th century.
- Chorokh and Adjaristskali – the place of two rivers confluence; one of them is originates from Turkey and another one in the mountain of Adjara.
- The Makhuntseti waterfall is a 20 meter high pearl of Adjara, which falls from the top of the mountain in a huge stone bowl. It is difficult to tear your eyes from an unforgettable spectacle.
- Visiting unique winery “Porto Franko”, wine cellar, you will find out more about traditional methods of wine making.
- Borjgalo ethnographic museum – you will hear history from the first source. Visually tells about the life of the inhabitants of the Adjara

Day 4 – Kutaisi from Batumi
Breakfast in the hotel. Trip to Kutaisi, city is very interesting for its historical points.
Today you will visit:
- Gelati Monastery founded by David IV the Builder in 1106 in the heyday of Georgian State. Temple is blessed in honored of the Nativity of the Mother God.
- Motsameta Monastery (St. David and Konstantine Monastery) is the one of the bright attraction not only Kutaisi but the whole Georgia. Monastery built on mountain where Georgian princes David and Konstantine Mkheidze refused to accept Islam and were execute by Muslims.
- Bagrat Temple built in the reign of Bagrat III, as a main temple of united Georgian Kingdom and consecrated in honor of Assumption of Virgin in 1003.
- Sataplia National Park: Mountain name translated as “place where honey is”. Tourist will view traces of real dinosaurs and Sataplia karst caves. Cave heart can be called stalagmite in the form of heart, here you can make a wish by putting your hands in the hollow of stalagmite. (By request we can change Sataplia Park to Prometheus Cave).

Day 5 – Departure from Batumi
Breakfast in the hotel. Check out from the hotel.
Transfer to the Airport. Have a good flight and soft landing!
